First Day Metrics Reveal “Instant” User Adoption
Pittsburgh, PA — Prodigo Solutions, whose supply chain management solutions are used to improve health system supply chain performance, is pleased to announce that Detroit’s Henry Ford Health System has “gone live” with its marketplace solution, recording impressive first day usage metrics.
More than 1,000 sessions were recorded by mid-afternoon on launch day, with more than $2 million in spend transacted. “We anticipated rapid user-adoption,” said Ellen Hasson, Henry Ford’s lead P2P System Architect. “But with more than 130 concurrent user sessions recorded at one point during the first hours of system availability, our expectations were exceeded.”
Marlin Doner, Prodigo’s VP of Marketing, added specifics: “Despite Henry Ford’s aggressive timeline, we successfully consolidated 5 Item Master Files, 6 hosted catalogs, a ‘Special Request’ page and several filter groups for inclusion in the launch window. It’s a testament to the quality of working partnership developed with Henry Ford. And from a hosted content perspective, it’s only a beginning.”
